Neev Cloud is another Indian neocloud that unfortunately did not want us to test their offerings depite plans to deploy 40,000 GPUs by 2026 in their Indore location in Central India, backed by a $1.5B investment. An initial order in mid-2024 was placed for 8,000 GPUs from HPE, with planned expansion to Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Noida.

The website claims 1000 to 16000 GPUs connected with InfiniBand, with H200, B200 and B300 all available for “pre-reservation”. A prominent picture of the Neev Cloud CEO shaking hands with Modi on their front page leaves us to assume that Neev will be serving sovereign Indian customers primarily. However, it seems that kubernetes and slurm clusters are not available for testing. India is a large country with a vibrant tech ecosystem, but it is unclear how many neoclouds will make it going forward.

What tier is Neev Cloud in ClusterMAX?

Neev Cloud is rated Unavailable tier in the ClusterMAX 2.0 GPU cloud rating system by SemiAnalysis (with the ClusterMAX 2.1 Update applied April 2026). Unavailable is tracked by ClusterMAX but not yet directly verifiable for hands-on testing. Interesting service we cannot verify yet (not launched, sold out, government-only, etc.).

Is Neev Cloud SOC 2 Type II certified?

Neev Cloud's ClusterMAX review does not flag a SOC 2 Type II attestation as confirmed. SemiAnalysis treats SOC 2 Type II as a baseline expectation for any GPU cloud serving enterprise or regulated AI workloads — see the ClusterMAX criteria page for the full security baseline.

Does Neev Cloud support Slurm?

Yes. The Neev Cloud review on ClusterMAX covers their Slurm offering — including whether it is managed, self-managed, or runs as Slurm-on-Kubernetes (SUNK, Soperator, or Slinky).
